Leadership Circle is a made up of a group of individuals that have been serving their communities, in one way or another, for years. They have dedicated themselves to making their community a better place, and they have each set their focus on creating awareness about domestic violence in the Madison area. These Leadership Circle members bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and most importantly, passion to the DV-CCR.
Lorena Guimaraens
Lorena Guimaraens is the Bilingual Domestic Violence Advocate at UNIDOS. Part of her role is facilitating the Mujeres Adelante Leadership Group and overseeing the Early Childhood program, Voces Unidas Youth program and the helpline. She can be reached at Lorenag@unidoswi.org.

Jennifer Parker
Jennifer Parker is a retired therapist specializing in intimate partner abuse. She currently trains therapists in effective therapy for survivors, writes a blog for survivors and professionals, and markets her book, Coercive Relationships: Find the Answers You Seek. Karen Larson

Teri Varney
Teri Varney is a psychotherapist at Family Service Madison and the coordinator of the Anti-Violence programs at FSM. She facilitates Alternatives to Aggression groups (Batterer Intervention Program) and has been working with perpetrators and survivors of domestic violence for over twenty five years.
